The round table included a representative of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers offered reflections from faith, culture and public service on how mutual knowledge can help build more inclusive communities.
In the discussion, participants explored themes such as EU Values tolerance, social cohesion and the prevention of discrimination. Fundación Mejora linked the initiative with Scientology’s interest in education, prevention and civic responsibility. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, said that cultural and religious diversity is a value for society when accompanied by mutual understanding and responsibility.
